Shai Goel
CEO
Originally from the United States, Shai Goel moved to Israel through the Naale program. After finishing high school Shai drafted as a lone solider, where he served in the Givati brigade. In his current role, outside of MiluimTech, Shai is an Associate at Sarona Ventures, where he leads diligence and operations.

Rebecca Bleier
Originally from Chicago, Rebecca moved to Israel with Garin Tzabar in 2018. She drafted to Bardalas, and during the end of her service she was stationed in the Kirya. She is currently freelancing as a graphic designer, UX UI designer, and of course working with MiluimTech.

Tomer Biton
COO
Originally from Northern Israel, Tomer drafted into the IDF and served in the Givati Brigade. He is now pursuing a degree in Information Systems and Business Management. Previously, Tomer was a project manager in the Israel Intelligence Unit.
Head of Technology
Lena Lilti
Originally from Paris, Lena moved to Israel in 2016 to draft as a lone solider. During her service, Lena served as a social worker (Mashakit Tash). She is currently a 4th year student at Tel Aviv University studying Biomedical Engineering and Neuroscience.
