MiluimTech was founded with a vision to bridge the gap between the Israeli high-tech ecosystem and the dedicated reservists miluimnikim who serve to protect us. Inspired by the challenges faced by miluimnikim returning from reserve duty to difficult work environments or struggling to find jobs in a tough job market, we are committed to creating a more inclusive and supportive high-tech ecosystem.
Our Story
MiluimTech was founded by friends and miluimnikim who felt firsthand the challenges of returning to work after reserve duty. Our first event was in April 2024, a job fair together with the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and 100s of miluimnikim. Today, MiluimTech is working with high-tech's biggest names with one goal in mind to support miluimnikim as they find their place in high-tech.
